Priorly — authorization readiness at the moment of order

Priorly Health Inc. builds provider-side administrative intelligence for prior authorization. We predict, prevent, and resolve denials before submission — upstream of the payer, inside the clinical workflow. Priorly is provider-facing only; we do not build for payers or pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Where we are

A working prototype, in build with pilot and design partners: in live pilot with a multi-specialty physician practice, and in design partnership with a rural Arkansas health system on MEDITECH Expanse. An athenahealth FHIR connector is live; MEDITECH integration is in development.

Who we build for

Safety-net health systems — FQHCs, public hospitals, rural and community providers. We start with pharmacy-benefit prior authorization and extend to medical-benefit authorization from there.
