Closing the Care Gap with AI: A Priorly Perspective
Concierge-level care shouldn't be a luxury. How execution-layer AI can deliver on the promise of equitable healthcare.
There are two American healthcare systems running in parallel. In one, patients have a person — a concierge navigator, a knowledgeable family member, an executive health coordinator — who works the system on their behalf. In the other, patients work the system themselves, on hold, on lunch breaks, often without a clear next step.
The clinical care in both systems is largely similar. The outcomes are not. The difference is execution: who makes the call, who follows up, who knows which form to send and which person to ask for. That is the gap Priorly exists to close.
